"Hotel is corporate looking that is great for a short stay, business, or if visiting family in the East side of Singapore. It is easily accessible via MRT or Grab to downtown. The airport is a stop away and there is a convenient neighborhood mall in between. Rooms are good size, bed comfortable, and the pool is a nice amenity. I recommend it for these reasons."

There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Excellent location, new and clean property, we were offered free upgrade upon check in. Ginza subway line station with elevator is just a few steps away, and we walked to nearby attractions like Ueno park, sansoji temple, kuramae. Room is spacious with all necessary features such as a separate toilet, kitchen with pots, plates and utensils. "Pro: 5 minutes walk to subway station, 7-11 and Lawson nearby, quiet neighborhood, standard toiletries all provided including laundry detergent, decent kitchen supplies, spacious room, balcony, Con: small area where bathroom sink is to put down toiletries, esp for a family of 4. No hook in bathroom to hang up towels or bathrobe. Instructions as to how to operate the hot water system and washer would be helpful. Construction nearby so kind of noisy in the morning."
