"This hotel was fantastic for our family trip to Seoul! The location is perfect - peaceful and residential, yet just steps from Gyeongbokgung Palace and a short walk to the shops of Insadong. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room, while a bit dated, was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. The breakfast buffet was a bonus."

"Very clean, very friendly—loved having washing machines in the room and reasonably sized detergent in the downstairs vending machine. Walking distance to the beach and the lake. Great having a convenience store and restaurants on the ground floor! The rooftop terrace was very nice for enjoying a breezy view."

"Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"
