"Unfortunately we forfeited our stay due to wanting to get back home from a 7 week holiday. However we did check in and use the room for the day until our evening flight. Hotel staff were absolutely sensational, a level of service out of this world. Our room was prepared early given our circumstances, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, and got some sleep! Room was superb, views were amazing, and we loved the complimentary dessert and beer. Would definitely come back under different...

All staff are helpful and make teh stay very enjoyable. Sited in Mong Kok makes it an ideal base for a visit to Hongkong with the train (MTR) connected directly to the hotel via the shopping centre. AN excellent choice. "

"Although our room wasn't facing the Twin Tower of KL but we were on highfloor. Able to see the lanscape of KL. Room was spacious and love that there is a bathtub. The swimming pool area is a nice spot too at level 33. Overlooking the Twin Tower. The day we went swimming, it was raining however we were able to swim due to it being indoor Will come back again"
