"Unfortunately we forfeited our stay due to wanting to get back home from a 7 week holiday. However we did check in and use the room for the day until our evening flight. Hotel staff were absolutely sensational, a level of service out of this world. Our room was prepared early given our circumstances, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, and got some sleep! "We stayed here for 3D/2N, towards the end of our Thailand trip. Was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which is nice as it gives us extra space. The room is like a service apartment with living area and kitchen. I believe we got the corner room as you can view have a good view of the river from the bedroom as well as from the balcony. "We had 3 separate stays at this hotel. Due to its great location. In the centre but down a quiet street. The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Anna who booked halong bay (2 days - 1 night) with excellent service and quality . She also got us a taxi for a better price than grab! Breakfast was good with an additional menu for hot food."
