So glad we booked here! Beautiful pool courtyard oasis. Super clean, flawlessly maintained with comfy beds, tub and shower. Staff was great and knowledgeable about local attractions and transportation! Hotel has a dedicated team of tuk tuk drivers. Breakfast buffet was delicious every day. Excellent stay!!!!

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Nice to have good in-house restaurant available for other meals too. Great clean pool. Staff always available to help with drivers and tourism ideas. Really enjoyed the temples, and the herorats exhibit. Folkloric evening had good food, interesting dancing to view. Cambodian people are so nice, and unassuming (although understandably pushy in the markets).
Two connecting rooms for two children, three adults. Grandma got to share with children. Worked very well.

Really wonderful stay and great value for money - the hotel is fairly small but the rooms were kept very clean, there’s a nice pool, a small gym and a great breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. Would really, really recommend this to anyone staying in Siem Reap and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Here’s a more respectful, balanced version of your review: We appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, and our room was clean and well-maintained. However, overall our stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. The hotel feels somewhat outdated, and the breakfast selection was fairly average. The location was also less convenient than we had hoped, as it’s a bit far from main attractions. Additionally, the photos online make the property appear more modern than it is in reality.

The Frint Desk manager, the entire team were incredible. Very friendly. Hotel is only 25 mns walk from Siem Reap center and is located in a quite area. Try the Spa treatments. They are truly good. Also they can arrange your pick up and drop off to the airport. Peice difference is few dollards but the vehicle is good, personalized staff gives a sense of security and exclusiveness.
