We loved everything about our stay- except the Disney desk- she was young and needed a sheet on Disney
We are Fl residents and wanted to buy Fl discount tickets- she said she did not sell them. So we waited 2 hours
in line at Epcot and were told it was only for a 2 day pass. Had we known that we would have bought tickets at the hotel desk. She should know the promos. Also we were not aware that it was a beer and wine festival and that there
were probably 100,000 drinkers in the park at Epcot - had we known that we would have gone to another park
"Super comfy beds, awesome pool, professional style"
Booked our room last minute, arrived and was pleasantly surprised! Well appointed lobby with free, fresh fruit infused water. Rooms were clean and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Rain fall shower was awesome and the complimentary Starbucks coffee in the room was a nice touch too.
Pool was large and clean, gym was sufficient for a quick morning blast.
Only stayed one night, but it was an excellent experience.
If your going to the Convention Center this is the place to stay. It's a walk to any of the Expo Halls and the Business Center is efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
A beautiful, relaxing environment. Clean everywhere! Pools are out of this world. Lake and boating toys were easy to use and always available! No lines this time of year even though it is a very busy place. Paths everywhere allowed new exploration every day for the three days I was there with my daughter (age 16) who came to participate in the Mermaid Academy! BTW, we bought her a Mermaid tail and she swam for 3-4 hours each day and loved it. The food and service was wonderful and reasonably priced. All around, we wish we could have stayed longer!
Rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. I would recommend the bunk bed rooms if you have children. The pools were fantastic and free bus transport to disney world was great. Purchase theme park tickets at disney worlds gate as you don't have to wait long and the additional cost by buying at hotel with a 'convenience fee' and 'taxes' was an additional $78 (4 of us).
The hotel has a great coffee shop in foyer which is great for breakfast on the run. We ate off site mostly but did have lunch once at the pool. Food was good but just your normal fries, burgers etc. The gym was also well appointed and empty most of the time. The staff in general we're helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting the Disney world area.

This hotel provides amazing service and great resort ambiance. The hotel rooms are so spacious and the beds feel like your sleeping on a cloud. If you are a pillow snob....these pillows are AMAZING!!!!
