The room was clean the only downside was the view, which was the roof top with all the air con vents which made noises at times and you could see into windows or other rooms, so really no view which was a shame for such a grand room (room 201 Prince Albert suite). "What an odd place.. very comfortable but suffers from a massive identity crisis! The dining room looks like an indian take away restaurants.. more is not more!! The staff on reception were lacking some basic customer service skills. On a positive note the patio outside and the bar man (moroccan guy) were lovely.
