The room was fantastic and the restaurants offer excellent food choices and quality. The only little concern was the pillow - it was too soft. I asked for a change to a contour pillow, but the replacement was hard as a brick.

Great spacious room. Well lit. Work space useable. Stayed in the Premier tower. Breakfast included. Continuous refreshment and late afternoon cocktails and snacks…that substitute for a light dinner(!)

Beautiful hotel and experience. It feels grand and historic. Customer service was surprisingly personal given the size of the building.
