The hotel was great the homeless people a block away was sad

Only stayed one night, but the staff and housekeeping were friendly, the breakfast was great (and a real money saver, especially depending on the size of your group) and it's walking diatance to pier 39. Two caveats,: parking not included and the garage can not accommodate vehicles 6ft and over (so no roof rack) and the shower pressure was a bit weak. Both minor problems, especially since there is another parking garage just across the street.

The staff was super friendly. We were greeted warmly. The room was very clean. And, the hotel location is good. It is within walking distance to many good places. It is business-friendly.

Nice hotel downtown

Very comfortable stay. I liked the refillable water jars and refill stations and the nespresso machine in the room.

I haven’t been to the Fairmont for a few years, and was a little sad to see that it was fairly empty. The room rate was excellent, but no free coffee or gym were a bummer. I hope they change theee elements.
