Very good hotel. Happy with everything except it’s located down an alley so make sure you have someone to help you with luggage.

Excellent hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful with booking tours to Sapa and airport transfers.

Starting out with the check-in. What you were being quoted is not the exact amount unless you play with cash. Credit card 3% service fee. I considered that a bake & switch. Room is good size but it is dated and it shows it's age. No breakfast onsite, you have walk about 1.5 blocks to another sister property for breakfast. The breakfast there was very limited in selection. The worst part is you can only choose ONE item. If you pick two fried eggs, you can't have the chicken noodle. Two fried eggs are all you can have from the menu that morning.

Good experience multiple times. Staff helpful and friendly. I'm rebooking soon but another app as Expedia are a scam and steal money
