The hotel was clean, staff were very professional and had very reasonable facilities on site and nearby. The massive tv screen in the room stood out for me.
Just a bit on the outskirts but the jangle shuttle made commuting easy.

My flight back to US was canceled due to winter storm, booked Aiden BW while in London late at night for some reason when i check in they some reason the date was book is in different date but I am thankful for the Aiden front desk for making it work and have me check in. Thank you so much.
