The ocean was visible from our balcony with the flags and a little bit of the city. It was beautiful and relaxing.

Great Spa, some staff so great and younger staff pretty bad. also did not like all the up-sales that happened right when we got to the hotel and even on the beach.

Felt a little extra pressure to buy in to the timeshare the first couple of days. Food was great and staff overall excellent!!! Room was spacious and clean. Great view!

Overall, it was a good experience. The problem was more Expedia that states it has 24 hour shuttle access and this is NOT true. It was very stressful and scary to have to find a way to get to the resort but staff at the airport helped us out. At the resort, the staff was nice but like 2-3 times we got staff members that did not look happy but seemed to expect or hint out wanting a tip. The room was amazing but again I had to call for a room clean up after having requested it and after a long day of being out. Other than that I would have to add the resort needs more shows or amenities. Not much to do on the resort but we were ok with it since we went to just relax. Rooms and majority of staff members made the stay pleasant. Oh don’t forget to RSVP for dinner. We struggled to get dinner because no one told us this. Food was delicious so that’s a plus.

excellent resort, great staff and service, good food, small enough it takes only few minutes to get anywhere - pools, beach, restaurants

Lovely room, amazing view. It is a 30 year Old hotel but in spotless condition. Amazing beach cleaned from weed a few times a day and a really good life saver
