I asked for a WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOM AND GOT 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, TRUCKS BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE AND NON HANDICAPPED PEOPLE BLOCK THE ENTRANCE AT ALL TIME OF DAY AND NIGHT.
