"We stayed there for two nights and it was easy to park (although $20 per night) and the hotel was clean along with our room. The shower drained, no water collecting while showering!"

"The hotel was nice. The staff was pleasant. I called the front desk a couple of times to ask questions about the area but nobody answered at the front desk. Convenient access to downtown, especially to the Cavs arena space. It's not a beautiful environment but is convenient. I had a small issue with housekeeping understanding my needs as well as English. (that small issue could have been easily resolved by providing at least the #of towels for the # of guests on the reservation) I also would appreciate an included breakfast. There are plenty of places to eat lunch or dinner nearby. Oh and the bed was so comfortable, great bed!"

"First night woke to use the restroom only to walk into a pool of water in the floor, not the best feeling in the middle of the night. Staff were accommodating and moved me to another room. Also, the place was very noisy, the sound of closing doors echoed down the hallway, not the alarm clock I was anticipating."

"Pros: Check in was easy. Parking was a breeze as well. Room was nice for the most part. TV was nice, they had a nice system with cable, Netflix, YouTube, ETC. WiFi worked well. Fridge was clean and cold. AC was working. Rate wasn’t too bad, but was a little high for what you get. Cons: Ice machine was broken. Sheets had marks on them when we got there. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a long time (We had the room with the assessable shower). Flat pillows, along with the mattress constantly scooting down and the crack swallowing the pillows. For a motel, I feel the rate is a little high, but I’ve stayed in worse actual hotels."

"The bed was comfortable. But the hotel was in disrepair and hadn't been updated. Our room wasn't cleaned during our four-night stay. We were told after three nights that the room would be cleaned, but it never was. They also didn't replace our towels or empty our trash."

"My go to place to stay for my weekend work, Staff have always been super friendly. CLEAN and comfortable room,Love that! You have Sheetz,Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, Sheets, Starbucks, Breugger bagel, 7 Brew coffee, CVS many more Great Area to stay!!! There is a planet fitness and Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree..many many more shopping and restaurant choices. Willoughby is wonderful"

"Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was always courteous and polite. The hotel needs a little renovation (e.g., peeling tub and shower). We didn’t use the pool, but the cafe was a nice touch. We’ll likely go back, when we’re in town next month."

"Good selection for breakfast. Nice cozy bar and lounge area. Everyone went out of there way to be nice. Self parking, loved it."
