Yucatan Peninsula Kid friendly Holidays

The property was kept impeccably clean, the staff worked very hard at it. We were treated very well from the time we arrived to the time we left. The only downfall was that to take advantage of some of the activity discounts offered, we had to attend a 2 hour “sales pitch” on buying into Wyndhams “vacation plan”. We did not choose to join and did receive the discounts just the same but, we won’t get that 2 hours back as vacations do only come once a year for my wife and I. All in all, a super nice place and can’t stress enough how great the whole staff was.

We did love that they brought back the buffet at the Veranda daily. I was disappointed that they removed the A La Cart menu when don't have the buffet available.

Well the hotel was great, with Expedia I have some issues they never resolved, I had paid extra for certain things and the communication with the hotel wasn’t great, reserve directly on their site. It was embarrassing how Expedia didn’t respond ever. I seriously doubt that I’ll ever be reserving with Expedia again. Hotel great, Expedia terrible

the food has to improve

It’s an older property, lots of random Broken tiles, lights in the pool lose, lots of bird poop on the lounge chairs outside

I was there for 4 days with my little family and we had a great time. The food was excellent, I really liked the cleanliness and everyone is super friendly. I love this hotel for its safety. I recommend it 100 percent.

The ocean views were excellent & the overall resort (rooms, restaurants, bars & other facilities were great) & the staff personnel very friendly & helpful!
