"I got a single king bed and the room was nice and cozy. The room looks and smells clean, the AC unit keeps the room comfortably cool, the bed was very soft with nice pillows, and the shower was simple and clean. The coffee machine works and makes a decent sized pot for sipping throughout the day. The cable TV is nice. The wifi is fast and reliable. No signs of pest issues. "You're basically paying for the proximity to the beach. The check in staff did not seem enthused at all to help. EVERYTHING is old and broken down. The on-site restaurant was closed for reconstruction. The fountain in the lobby looked run down and was off the whole time. It smells musty a and moldy. The room was terrible and smelly, so much so that we stopped by the nearest Dollar General to grab Febreze fabric spray, glade scent releases, tiny space air freshener, and toilet tank cleaner....
