"Check in was supposed to be 4:00 but we weren’t able to actually get a room until 6:30. The pictures used are of the ocean front hotel not the 1950 hotel we stayed in. The hotel we stayed in was old,dirty and very outdated. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. The bed spreads had stains and burn holes in them.The kitchen was dirty and had no pots and pans so thankfully we don’t cook on vacation. There was multiple items left if the room by previous guests and one item was a fork with bacon on it in a drawer that we were supposed to be able to put clothes in. The bathroom is so outdated and old that the tub appeared dirty but it was just that old. Parking is a nightmare and they “offer” a parking garage that is literally three levels and it’s one way in and one way out. There are multiple disabled vehicles that have been there for a while taking up spots. The room I booked was resort view… out one window we looked at a cement wall and the other was a view of the parking garage. Not what I expected. Complaining to the front desk is and was pointless because it was always full of people complaining and those who voiced concerns were just blew off and nothing was done. The only positive part of this hotel was that the staff was friendly and pleasant and we could walk to the beach "

"There people eating in the hot tub, debris in the lazy river and puke in one of the pools which we brought to someone's attention, after about 4 hrs it was still floating near the steps to get in. On day 4 out key card quit working and when we called the front desk (which took 20 min get someone) the gentleman that answered said I needed to come across the street to check in and get another one. Once across the street I stood in line for 30 min to get one made. A lot of signage about rules that were not enforced, such as smoking in pool areas. You would think for a place that charges what they do, especially up charges for parking, they would take more pride in there resort, if you can call it that. Lastly, after check I was directed to a stand to get pool/water park wrist bands, only to be given a pitch about free credits for food ect if I attended a 90 min seminar selling time shares. I will not be staying here again."

"Room was on the side of the hotel but had a balcony with a slight ocean view. Hotel was older but still nice for the price we paid. Gym was well equipped and my teenager enjoyed it. The restaurant in the hotel was ok due to convenience but was overpriced in my opinion. We enjoyed being right at the beach."

"It was exactly what I expected it to be! Nothing more nothing less. Good honest people working there, one rude receptionist but everyone else was very nice. The property wasn’t glorious but for the price it was great!"

"I was not aware that we had To pay for parking and that we would have adjoining rooms. Very noisy room next to us through the door. Loud. Instruction by the pool area and loud pipes in the walls."
