"Everything was nice, loved our rooms. I didn't like that one of the indoor pools in the left tower was closed while we were there and only had the one side so it was a little crowded. And the outdoor splashpad was closed due to maintenance on building above it and none of that was listed when booking. But The indoor pool must have had someone get sick etc in it bc it looked like they were cleaning it. but for days! The tiki bar wasn't opened outdoors so that was a bummer but the inside one was, just hate we had to walk all over to just get there. It would be nice to have more beverage and food options there. Starbucks also closed early at noon and that sucked. Great place though just hope they add more options for food and drinks. The people that worked there were wonderful and helpful!"

"Beautiful view, except for the construction equipment, which caused significant noise. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff."

"Beach view was not unobstructed but not a deal breaker. Parking is a chore for bigger vehicles but with patience no problem.The staff is outstanding and friendly. Dining is diverse and close for the most part. Some nice spots are within walking distance."

"The location is incredible. The hotel, forgettable. Theres nothing wrong with the accommodations but the longer you look the more you find. The walls have visible scrapes on them that have been there a very obviously long time. The bathroom floors are gross in the grout. The TV isn’t a modern hotel TV. The patio is small and has cheap flimsy plastic furniture. Overall… not great, not horrible but also super good value at *amount I paid* (Apparently you can’t say which is ludicrous) to be able to snag overnight at a beach hotel room. You won’t regret the reservation, but you’ll wish you paid a little more to go somewhere nicer. "

"Not clean room, toilet water leak and live cockroach running around, when we complain to front desk and no response even try to contact manage no response so i think they don't care about anything "

"The room was fairly clean but it looked like a hotel that had been painted but still old. They were significantly short staffed and the people working were complaining the entire time and speaking bad about the hotel. I was also freezing in my room and had to come to the front desk in person because the person I spoke to could not tell me the heat regulator was not on the wall. At breakfast, it took over one hour to get a sandwich and coffee, hence the next day I didn’t even bother. The location is good and I didn’t even try any amenities because it was cold. The only thing convenient was the free parking. "
