"I really wanted to like this hotel I’ll be fair and honest though. I just stayed in the 6th floor dope 2nights and a day. The female staff seem and come off very snobby at the front desk . The view from the hotel is gorgeous the deck pool and jacuzzi are nice the little bar has good expensive drinks, bring your own towel! No towels available. The room the bathroom was very dirty the tub and wall were poorly cleaned it all all. The amenities are very small bottles the room decor and furniture are very old and outdated. We had a rather horrible experience when booking a “tour” they offset heads up it comes with a sales pitch to purchase”timeshares” we left mid meeting did not expect a sit down the breakfast they offered was cold gross and very basic . Hotel is definitely family friendly and pet friendly. Good location parking is additional charge .overall 5/10"

"I booked through the app on my phone and was advised of a resort fee I had to pay of 34$ at the hotel upon arrival. The hotel was outdated and was in need of a remodel. The entire room smelled of smoke. The furniture and carpet had stains and tears everywhere. I did a late check in and did not want to leave and look for another hotel. I should have left. Very disappointed!"

"Rooms were clean, but the bathroom water for showers was cold our whole stayed. Other customers had the same problem as well."

"The staff at the front desk are awesome the two young ladies that checked me the night of the stay but the cleaning people needs to be fired I asked them to clean my room the guy said he would do it and never did I want stay there again I bet that for nothing in world "

"Room is outdated and A/C did not work. When they finally fixed the A/C, then the heat stop working. Bed is very enclosed on both side and you have to slide to the foot of the bed to get out. Pool was not open and oceanview was looking at the pier. Hard to get in touch with staff after 4pm."

"The room had bed bugs,they changed the room that I reserved to another room because they over booked but when we went to checkout that same night because we were uncomfortable the supposedly had the room I reserved and it just had a broken chair in the room the shower handle also broke "

"My room should have been called a partial ocen view considering there were at least 5 palm tree blocking my view"
