"This is my favorite hotel!! Rooms are always super clean! The staff is always friendly and helpful! This is truly a 5 star resort! Room service is superb! The indoor pool is open 24 hours and is really heated! The grounds are always clean and well maintained! Luxury at its finest!"

"We felt extremely deceived by the room pictures posted online and felt they were NOT an accurate reflection of the room we stayed in. It was dated, dirty, worn, and extremely disappointing. We tried to switch rooms but there was no availability."

"Breakfast was not free and more expensive than any of the other nearby restaurants. They didn't even have a complimentary cup of coffee. I forgot how 'bare bones' Courtyard is but I won't forget next time. I did like the walk in shower and water pressure. Beds were too high."

"The building consisted of privately owned condos, so I’m not sure how much authority the staff would’ve had about a noise complaint. So I didn’t bother. There is a $44.80 per day resort fee and $22.40 per day parking fee."
