We liked the convenient location. The staff, room and amenities were good. Only disappointment was load construction that we didn’t know about making it hard to relax by the pool.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and you'll notice as soon you enter the lobby. There were multiple pools and amenities to relax around. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of options and I like how the options rotate daily. We took a day in Phuket just to enjoy the hotels and shops nearby. The gym and the free workout classes were both great pluses.

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

From the very first moment, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — always smiling, always greeting us, and always ready to help with genuine warmth and care. The villa itself is peaceful, beautiful, and spotless — everything is extremely clean and perfectly maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety, and every meal felt like a treat. The atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and relaxing, yet the people make it feel like home. If you’re looking for outstanding service, welcoming people, amazing food, and a place that makes you feel truly valued as a guest, Villa Zolitude is the perfect choice. I would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Friendly staff and just a short walk to the beach. Room was cleaned daily, a bit disappointed as there were no steps to get into the pool.

Fantastic room with great views and cleaned well every day The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is perfect with spectacular sunsets! There was only one negative, which was the pool area. There are just not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. We were having to get up at 6 - 6:30am for us to get four or five together. People were actually sat on their sunbeds before it got light!! Having said that, if there were beds that hadn’t been used for three or four hours in the morning, the staff were happy for you to remove those towels which helped. I would still come back here as the rest of the hotel is really nice
