"The reception had beautiful lights crafted like art. The bar below reception was simply outstanding in terms of views. Room view facing the ocean was mesmerising with the sound of waves crashing soothingly. Staff were all simply top notch, polite, professional and never fail to say hello to you. The only little point which didn't hit the mark was the condition of rooms, definitely very livable, good heated water, superb ocean view but the outlook of room was slightly off which requires some refurbishments and much brighter lights. Other then that its worth the money. 🙂"

"Excellent stay at the border of Naithon beach (NW Phuket). We went in May 2024, so low season, between the hot and the rainy season (with a bit of both). The beach itself is so-so (yellow sand, no shades, no seats or umbrellas, some washed-up plastics (like everywhere), some dead jellyfish. But it is quiet (max 40 people on the beach), with nice waves. The short of it is that we did not spend much time on the beach, but all the more in the hotel. And the hotel was fantastic. Huge room (grand ocean view), extensive and delicious breakfast, good food in the restaurants, friendly and helpful staff etc etc. It is a bit expensive, but you get the quality in return. A few practical things: - the hotel is largely built as separate "houses" with several rooms on a hill. This means you need to walk up and down. There are also free and frequent "buggies" to take you between your room and elsewhere in the property. - The pictures show rooms with open view over the sea. That may be the case in some rooms, but where we were, there was a large tree in front of the window. We could still see the beach and the sea, but not in frontal view. But the tree was so beautiful we did not mind. - The room even had nespresso (with free capsules) - Beautiful swimming pool, which was extremely clean. In short: if you book here, you will not regret! "

"Really good service, only thing is, if you are afraid of lizards and frogs, and all of those fields animal, i would not recomend this resort for you. But after that, it was really beautiful, peacefull, food was really delicius and cheap. "

"Absolutely an amazing resort in Phuket. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with cozy couches, and a seating area on the balcony as well as a soak tub. 2 min walk to the beach with a ton of restaurants, massage parlors, and shops on the strip. Must book a reservation at Black Ginger restaurant, Rivet Restaurant, and the brunch they host on Sundays. They also do a BBQ on Wednesday nights so reserve that as well. I'm leaving 10lbs heavier because all of the food was to die for including the buffet breakfast. They have their own app in which you can reserve everything from excursions to their cooking classes, spa, and even order room service. The pools are amazing and I'm glad that they emphasize a no-reserve beach chair policy so everyone can use the facility without people being selfish & inconsiderate of others. The hotel also has great wifi. It’s a super quiet resort so if you're looking to relax and eat some amazing food then this is the place. They have shuttles to the mall and night market at certain times and days as well. The mall also has a great food court with tons of food options even a supermarket if you want to pick up a few items for your stay. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back sooner than later. "

"The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We went during their low season, so the attention to detail was phenomenal. The beach isnt the best in the area. We couldnt swim in the beach because we were warned about jellyfish in water. We did experience rain during out trip, so the best time to visit is October- November. Overall, this hotel is pretty secluded so if you like quiet, this is the place. "
