The outside property and common areas were beautiful and well maintained. The room I stayed in was worn but I did notice they were updating the rooms while we were there. The food was overall good. There is some outdated information on websites versus what is actually open or available. There are only 3 a la cartes on the adult side and no dinner or lunch buffet. You can eat at 2 of the a la cartes for lunch with no reservations but you would have to go to the family side for buffet which was extremely busy with a wait in line at times. The beach was beautiful. The majority of the staff was good with a few that didn't really appear to want to be working there. Overall good and relaxing experience.

Very much enjoyed our 6 day stay at Dreams La Romano. The only complaint I had wasn't with the resort but transportation from the resort to Punta Cana airport. We had made reservations with Talixo through Expedia to get from the airport to the resort and back. The initial drive from the airport to the resort was good. However when we were waiting for the ride back to the airport from the resort our driver never showed up We had to get a cab to take us to the airport which cost us an extra $100 since we prepaid Expedia for this service when we reserved the transportation. I would not recommend Talixo for transportation needs.
