"The staff is INCREDIBLE!! Nicest people i’ve ever met. The pools are amazing the only bad part is they close at 6. Bars/bartenders also incredible! Beach is great but the seaweed is annoying in July but they do clean it every morning. The vendors who walk up to you on the beach do get very annoying ..."

"My husband and I went for a 7 day holiday. The check-in process was very easy, we had an Excellence Club room, which has its own check-in area. There are also a few pools that are Excellence Club only pools, and a restaurant, Magna, which was amazing. The negatives: air conditioning is not amazing. ..."
