Very modern well located hotel. Fatima the maitre de at breakfast was a delight and an asset to the hotel, rarely have I come across such a friendly efficient perfect staff member. Her waiting staff were very friendly and efficient too with a special mention for Vagner who was a very good waiter. Always ready with a smile and very efficient. Only negative for me at dinner is menu can only be viewed on a mobile phone which I found tiresome.

Genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience… from the beautiful spa and pool to the amazingly fresh and delicious food, everything was perfection. The room was generously sized and yet still cozy, and the staff were super attentive and helpful throughout. We were only here for a short stay but no doubt we will return next time we come back to São Paulo!

Lovely hotel situated close to the airport, but in a quiet location. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, helpful staff and a shuttle to and from the airport.

This was a great choice for first visit to Brazil 🇧🇷 Location was great. Near tourist attractions and train stations for easy commuting around the city. The hotel was very well maintained. Did upgrade my rooms as birthday treat ☺️ The staff were very helpful and responsive to guests needs. You can leave your luggage there to travel around. The amenities in the lounge was very nicely appointed and all the staff I encountered were a credit to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay....

The staff was very nice. I arrived very early and while my room wasn’t ready I could use the spa, had a shower and enjoyed time at the pool while waiting. The breakfast was great, I was looking forward to it every morning.

We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. This is really an excellent hotel. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. Nice restaurant at very reasonable prices (again, with very professional staff). Nice fitness facilities with a good range of brand new equipment. Breakfast is very impressive too. Can't fault anything. I am very impressed (and I consider myself to be picky with hotels).
