Rooms and commons spaces are quiet, new, and clean. Location near the airport is good for an overnight. Staff are helpful. A few hiccups: Shuttle difficult to find on arrival to airport, despite speaking to hotel staff. Elevators complicated and slow, not working etc . Key stopped working twice.

50 bucks for Parking

Everything was perfect besides the park where they say on the app that the parking is free but you have to pay almost 50 bucks, that is not right since they put some information on the app but still charge over there..

I have to wait from 11:30pm to 12:30am to be collected from the hotel transfer after a 10:30 hr from Europe traveling with an infant and a child. A shame of service and customer centricity this hotel
