Good for overnight stay near GRU airport.

Good place to overnight near GRU. Great breakfast beginning at 5AM. We did not use the shuttle because our airline cancelled a flight and gave us taxi vouchers.

Really convenient hotel for an airport overnight - excellent breakfast and easy reach of the airport, although locating the stop for the shuttle bus transfer from the airport is not easy! NB the shuttle bus only serves terminal 2 (domestic) so I found it easier to take an Uber to terminal 3 on departure, rather than have to negotiate my luggage from one terminal to another.

The price was decent and you get what you pay for. The staff was courteous and helpful. Beds were not too comfortable and the fridge was stocked with warm drinks. Pool was nice.

This property was in an industrial area, truck station behind hotel. Very busy dual street in front. Pool outside(in picture )was not for swimming only 1 foot if that more like a pond. Very old rooms they need to be updated. However the food inside hotel was great, price was good also. Mall was a20 minute walk (no side walks really). Ended my trip here, Stayed here 2 days for the Eagles game

at the front desk every staff told me a different story when I needed info and service , it's seem they don't have a policy to follow. they overcharge me 26 dollars . I don't recommend that place. The shuttle service is a scam , I paid for shuttle and I did not get it I ended up paying uber to leave the airport and go back to the airport the internet -wi-fi 0/10 did not work

If you're considering staying at Hotel Panamby Guarulhos, run the other way!Our experience was absolutely horrendous from the moment we walked in. Despite a quick check-in at 1 AM, the second we entered our room, we were hit with the unbearable stench of what smelled like a filthy, unclean bathroom. To make matters worse, this disgraceful experience came at the absurd price of almost 500 reais (about $90 USD) for a room in Brazil—completely outrageous for such a dingy, outdated, and poorly maintained hotel. But the nightmare didn't end there. At checkout, we were treated with blatant disrespect. We informed the staff that we had consumed just one water bottle, and they had the audacity to charge us 14 reais! The sheer greed and lack of basic customer service left me in shock. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.The value is zero, the service is terrible, and the hotel itself is a disgrace. Stay anywhere else but here!

Todo excelente, solo tuve un detalle con —-UN JOVEN—- en el mostrador el día de mi llegada, porque según él, no entendía mi portugués…. La verdad aunque no hablo perfecto por mi acento extranjero, yo he vivido diez años en Brasil y nunca tengo problema para comunicarme (De hecho mi comunicación con el resto del personal en el hotel, en el restaurante y durante mi “check out”, fue perfecta y sin problemas … Creo es irrelevante mi comentario pero si me sentí muy incómodo con este joven … Y más que nada porque antes de mi persona tenía un señor francés y vi al joven hacer un real esfuerzo por hacer comunicación en francés !!! Y fue algo raro para mí, porque este joven que no entendía mi portugués, ni mi español …Resulta que hice un cambio rápido en mi conversación y le empecé a hablar en francés y ya me respondió mis dudas (que era sobre transportarme al día siguiente en el autobús)! Yo hablo francés porque viví también 3 años en Francia…. Como digo, creo es hasta irrelevante mi comentario, pero tuve la sensación de que este jovencito si entendía todo lo que yo decía y me había discriminado!!! Por lo demás yo soy ya cliente frecuente de este hotel y me gusta mucho y siempre que viajo a Brasil allí me hospedo (al menos para mi retorno a México) y siempre (excepto esta vez) he recibido un trato excelente Saludos Juan José Rodríguez

They charged me for a fork. They don’t have any available in the concession area. The worker in the kitchen was rude about providing forks for their guests to eat soup that is sold by the hotel. Also the hotel charges per person in a room.
