"The H4 La Residence Paulista was very nice. Just two blocks from the Consolacao station, the trains will take you all over the city and back. The rooms are spacious, and very well lit. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The room had a mini bar with water and snacks. The morning breakfast buffet was amazing as well, with lots to choose from. Overall, a very happy stay."

"Very well located! Close to everything and safe neighborhood. The room is cleaned and functional with a mini kitchen! The bathroom is a bit old because the building is old. The service is excellent and the staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of options but the items are not so good. I ate fruits and yogurt every day and asked for boiled eggs. That saved my life! The coffee was not good but I would drink a cup outside the hotel."

"Eu tenho varios feedbacks sobre o hotel e vou enumera-los por area. 1) O restaurante tem um menu muito pobre no servico a la carte; 2) O staff é bem cortês e amavel; 3)O quarto em geral é razoavel. Faltam gavetas para pessoas que vao ficar varios dias e nao querem deixar roupas em malas. O espaco é muito pequeno para roupas; 4)O banheiro é a pior parte: Muito pequeno e nada comodo. O suporte de papel higienico é muito long do sanitario e nem todas as pessoas conseguem alcançar. A pia nao tem espaco pra colocar nada. O supplies de shampo, etc não sao bons e o pior é o sistema do chuveiro. Em 9 dias não consegui tomar um banho em menos de 35 minutos porque a agua não regula nunca. Ou é fria / gelada ou é quente escaldante. Voces precisam solucionar este sistema. É horrível. É um sistema velho e nada agradavel. Ja viajei por muito paises e nos ultimos 10 anos não tinha esta experiencia com chuveiros tão ruim."

"Estrutura dos quartos muito ruim. café da manhã péssimo e com funcionários sem vontade de atender. Não havia pratos limpos e nem talheres. Demora para reposição de itens do café e impaciência da equipe que estava atendendo. Definitivamente nunca mais !"
