"The front desk (it was an older gentleman) did not speak any English. He was so rude to us because we did not speak Spanish or English. He just gave us our keys and expected us to figure things out. Thankfully, there was a younger gentleman at the front desk in the evening who was willing to converse. It was just so odd and honestly unacceptable to have staff at the front desk that does not speak any English. Especially at a hotel in the commercial city. In terms of our room, the floors were sticky and disgusting. And it is high time for them to get rid of the stained couch in the room. Too gross to even place a bag on it. To be honest, it's best to stay at the Continental or any other hotel if you only speak English and are comparing places. "
