Great hotel for families.

Lovely pre cruise stay. My only regret is that I didn't stay for 2 nights as the property is lovely and surrounding area has plenty to see and so with lovely shops.

Loved how close to cruise port it was. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable.

Our room was large by Japanese standards, hotel breakfast was very good and fantastic location. We loved our stay here

Breakfast was delicious and the buffet offered a great selection of fresh vegetables, yogurt, fruit and so on. The room was of good size with a nice view. 4'th hotel on this trip and by far the best. Room much larger than all the others and also a stunning view from the window.

Rooms are typically smallish, which is the norm for Japan. Staff at hotel were excellent and spoke good English Rooms are cleaned to high standard. Only thing missing was a hotel bar.

The room was spotless and I also like their various ‘green policies’ (e.g. not providing guests with plastic laundry bags) The staff were incredibly helpful (our flight was delayed 24 hours and they helped us book for the following evening) Location is great! Very close to the stadium, Chinatown and short walk to lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!
