Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities.
JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers.
Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Nice, comfortable hotel in the heart of Ginza.
I was a bit skeptical about this hotel as I had read some not so positive comments, but I actually found no flaws.
The rooms are spacious for Japanese standards, they are clean and plenty of amenities were provided.
The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful.
The restaurant downstairs serves lovely food, we decided to try it as we constantly saw locals and I’m so glad we did, it’s also very reasonably priced, particularly for the area.
