Having previously stated in a branded hotel not too far away that had left me disappointed decided to ask for a local reference. Mystays was referred. It’s a few mins walk from Omari station. Plenty of shops and facilities nearby. Upon arriving, check in quite smooth and polite staff. Checked into room but found issues that hadn’t been cleaned. Staff very apologetic and swapped my room in a professional manner.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!
