This hotel was beautiful and you could get to so many places by walking. Located right on the harbor we could watch boats cone and go. In the evening, we'd go on the rooftop garden and relax.

The hotel itself and surrounding area are amazing. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. What was a bit frustrating was for every small request there was a surcharge. For example if we wanted to ask the hotel to call for a taxi there was a fee (!) or if I wanted to warm up my food there was a fee vs a microwave that I could access on my own.

Best hotel in Yokohama. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms have great views onto downtown on one side and onto Red Brick warehouse on the other. Only drawback is poor breakfast menu in Club lounge on 5th floor at breakfast. Close to convention centre and concert hall. 5 minutes to new Markis shopping centre.
