Pros: • The hotel staff are friendly and eager to assist. • Rooms are large. • The decor is dated but adds charm. • The beds are comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout the stay. • The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to both the train and metro stations, making it simple to explore Yokohama and nearby areas. • Behind the hotel and in the adjacent underground metro station corridor, there are surroundings filled with Izakayas, perfect for enjoying local nightlife and authentic dining experiences. • The hotel is a short walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, and the Yokohama professional baseball stadium, making it ideal for both leisure and business activities. • The hotel offers great value for its location, especially compared to other options in the area. Cons: • The shower curtain had mold, but it was promptly replaced upon request. 海外在住で日本一時帰国で、今回初めての宿泊しました。　14階の朝食のビュッフェは種類が多くて宿泊のお値段もリーズナブルで、野毛飲食街の目の前なので昼食や夕食にも全く困りません。部屋も綺麗でとても良いホテルでした。 スタッフの方々も親切で、旅行カート２つの重さを測るための測りを出してきていただいてお陰で旅行カートの重さを事前にわかり、空港のチェックインで荷物の入れ替えをするようなバタバタすることがなかったです。スタッフのご配慮に感謝です。 唯一の改善希望点としては、部屋内のコンセント以外にUSBポートが２、３個備え付いているとより便利だと思いました。 それ以外は申し分ありません。

このホテルはいつもお世話になっている、本当に駅近の駐車場も併設してあっていつもお部屋が綺麗なホテルです。いつもお世話になっているのにもかかわらずスタッフ様のご対応が素晴らしです。居心地もとて良いのでついつい帰りたくなる。そんな気持ちにさせて頂けるホテルです。

施設は新しくありませんが、綺麗にされています。 朝食は14階のレストランで食べられるので、景色が良くて種類も多く美味しかったです。
