"Located in a narrow alley. Cars will not be allowed to enter... You are welcomed by a slew of young guys hanging in the alley who will stare down any woman that passes by shamelessly. Sleazy front desk staff made inappropriate remarks during conversation. Rudely denied to honor any online booking stating he has closed online bookings since last 3 months. However, this hotel shows up on multiple websites. Said he can provide a room for 1200 rupees in cash only.
This is not a safe place to stay...

Bit far from anything but probably the best value hotel in Delhi. Food in three restaurants is excellent. Can get a little noisy as weddings are held in surrounding facilities. As a reward, you can see several Indian wedding ceremonies from the height of your room or walk along the road and see up to fife weddings simultaneously. Good chance you get invited. Very well maintained property with tempered pool and all facilities one could wish for.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. We used the hotel driver for two days out and he was fantastic, making sure we saw the sights of Delhi and helped us build our itinerary as we went, as we only had a rough idea of places to go to. He also made sure we had no issues getting entry into the...
