A wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok We had a wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, making us feel genuinely well looked after throughout our visit. A special thank you to Niek, the General Manager, who went out of his way to greet us and check how we were enjoying our stay. That personal attention made a real difference and reflected the care we experienced from the team. Breakfast offered a wide...

Fabulous hotel, fabulous staff and outstanding food and beverages. Will visit again

Excellent hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was fantastic and the hotel and its facilities were second to none. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

Really enjoyed our stay but only one thing that was a shame after paying so much money to stay you get charged for mini bar snacks and water without informing customers.

It's so good for everything even this hotel is old and all staffs is friendly and helpful.

Kimpton hotel according to me was the best decision I made in my recent trip to thailand. They inaugurated the hotel in the year of covid 2020.The hotel owner have special place in his heart for pets so it’s a pet friendly hotel & I got to see so many cute dogs n puppies (though I am scared of dogs) Now coming to staff, they were super friendly & helpful. If u ask me about cleanliness, each spot of the hotel was sparkling. I gave few shirts to get dry clean which was returned in a timely manner....

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They always give me a smile and show their enthusiasm for helping customers. The breakfast is good and the room is clean and quiet. Will come again next time.

Great location for exploring the city, rooms comfortable and clean. The hotel had great facilities. Faultless stay in a busy city

Special thank to Mr.Genji (GRO) for warm greeting. Hotel Muse is beatiful decoration and good taste of good.

This Japanese style hotel was truly exceptional. Stylish and everything of the utmost quality. The tepanyaki restaurant was a delight with super attentive staff.

Its right at the center with malls and sky train nana station in close proximity. Had a wonderful experience and would recommend for a stay next time ur in bangkok.

True 5 star quality of facilities, accommodation and staff. This was our first stay in Bangkok and we cancelled another hotel and returned for a night from Phuket before flying home. Great location, perfect for the Skytrain and Metro. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room and great location

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.
