"Loved this hotel it location was 5 min from Hammersmith Underground or 10 min from Baron Court. Lovely clean room bathroom seemed renewed nice new shower bathtub. Breakfast is well worth the money you can fill up on loads of choices. Shoutout to the manager who runs around in the morning during breakfast with a great smile and customer pro service attitude. He's a real asset to the Hotel wish I had asked his name. recommend !"

"The room was fine and the bed was a double and comfortable. View out the window was nice. The evening desk service was poor. I asked for help using the tv and the person at the desk said he didn’t know anything about operating the tv. I asked another question a different evening ( can’t remember what it was now) but he responded the same way- he didn’t know about that’s. They seemed like basic things an employee should be able to help with. "

"Only issue was they only had one set of towels and when I went down to ask for more they never brought them up and 45 minutes later I had to go down and ask a second time and then they gave them right to me. Wish they had just done that the first time! "

"The room was very small, no closet so you would have to live out of your suitcase. But the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Check in and out was fast. The breakfast was good,Staff were very friendly and helpful. If in London again would definitely stay here again. Great location."

"Very cool vibe, friendly staff, welcoming to all ages. Convenient location: less than 10 minutes to groceries (fridge, stove, microwave in room), same distance to underground station, even less to bus stops (one right outside the door), lots of places to eat within walking distance (a pub, fast food, breakfast/lunch, ethnic cuisine). Laundry facilities a wonderful feature. Also a restaurant on the ground floor for breakfast as well as pizza, and a small cafe area in the lobby. Very close to Design Museum (10 minute walk), V&A and Hyde Park (both 2 stops on underground or short bus ride). Everything you might want to do is reachable."
