The location was great. It is walkable to underground station in 3min. Great dining area is around. Mostly the room was pretty spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly. We had little problem with UK’s outlet system, but they helped us to solve the issues. Gym was also great which open 24 hrs with updated equipments. My family loved staying there!

The executive two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms was perfect with two teenagers. During a heatwave in London the staff provided fans in the bedrooms. Suggest the apartment needs to have a microwave & toaster.Great location to supermarkets & transport in South Kensington.

Great location, clean and spacious

The location is fantastic, 2 mins from Gloucester Rd tube station. Check in was really easy, just remember you will need photographic ID. The studio was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge area. I can't fault tgese studios and will definitely stay here next time I am in London.

Great place

We had such a lovely overnight stay with our 2 year old! Having an apartment made our life so much easier than just a hotel room, there was more space than the pictures showed too! The staff were really lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Great value for money and we will definitely return!

Location is a winner close to eateries and underground. We had a one bedroom apartment with nice well equipped kitchen. Bedroom was on the small side but sitting room was a good size. Service was exceptional, very personable staff.

Second to none

From the moment we entered the building it was amazing, the staff were so kind and welcoming. When we got into the room, it was even better than the pictures. We felt right at home, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, the bathroom was well equipped too. Would definitely stay again guaranteed.

Super Harrington!

The welcome was amazing and team super courteous. The room was spacious and the amenities adequate for our needs, travelling with my partner and our baby. The location was excellent for all the nice things London has to offer. Pre-visit communication can be improved as a few messages I had sent earlier were responded to late.

Some of the furniture looks shabby,, some bathrooms have no shelves for toiletries , bathrooms could use door hooks. The staff is outstanding. Love being so close to the tube!

The terrace attached to the penthouse was excellent. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The tiny lift to the 6th floor/penthouse should be replaced ASAP. It broke down twice while we were in it.

Pleasant apartment

The room was a good size, 2 huge balconies, everything provided. Lift to room too. If my only possible safety comment, if you are infirm, pray the lift works, the emergency staircase is steep.

Very spacious apartment in Kensington. Proximity to tube is good and several close grocery store. Housekeeping was fantastic. Property could use some updating but overall very comfortable stay. Elevator is extremely small and could present a challenge if you have a bigger family, wheelchair, or pram.

Pro: relatively inexpensive for the area. very convenient for tube, dining etc. Con: lift not working. very tired room and furniture, stale smell. felt more like a hostel. was also surprised to see room windows wide open when i arrived giving street access to room via fire exit.
