"The room was fantastic very clean & modern upgraded us to a room with a view. The breakfast isn’t the best could be better but as we were only there 1 night it was sufficient. Great location next to Westfield & links to London on DLR jubilee line so in central london within minutes overall great stay & would definitely go again 👍"

"Third time for us at this hotel. First time was great, second time was worse and this time was also fairly poor. We won’t be back. Check in was fine. Nothing special, just adequate. In the room, I found it to be really quite warm. AC was set to 18 but it was far warmer than that in the room. The panel said “standby” which said to me it thought the room was cool enough and would only kick in if it warmed up. I’ve got AC at home and my 18degC feels a lot cooler than this room. On our way out the room, I mentioned it to reception. He said there was no point sorting it while we were out so to call on our return, which we did. Maintenance attended promptly, he tapped the screen a few times and said all was well but it was no different and we had a poor night’s sleep with the heat. The TV has an HDMI socket on the wall below. That didn’t work, so I connected directly to the TV which worked. There’s no “night light” for the bathroom so it’s very bright if one needs to pay a night-time visit. In addition, there are glass panels at the top of the bathroom wall which means when the lights are on in there, the whole room is illuminated. Not good for the other sleeping person. The shower was grotty. Yellow/orange grout. Mould in the corner of the enclosure. The toilet flush stuck so ran continuously. The shower head was caked in muck. There was a used cotton bud on a ledge on the wall. All in all, a bit rubbish."

"The stay was nice we were given the accessible room which is spacious and good for the kids, however the tap in the sink kept running hot water which we asked maintenance to fix, they did but the issue still appeared at which point we gave up as the stay was short."

"The hotel shares a lobby with a Travelodge in the same building and main entrance is non-descript and can be initially missed at night time. I had 22 night stay in a studio suite, the space was comfortable and the kitchenette set up with cooking utensils etc perfect for my needs. Location is fantastic, literally a 2 minute walk to Hackney Central train station, likewise the bus stop, 3 supermarkets in the vicinity, M&S, Tesco & Iceland making it super convenient, like wise coffee/food venues and a laundromat is also in close proximity, perhaps a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The team I interacted with were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Would be nice to have had a bit more hanging space (for a long stay) and perhaps some tea/coffee/sugar/milk set up I also had issues with the heating which was not working which is a known issue - the team provided a fan heater which did a great job keeping the space warm....call me old fashioned :) the bed was a bit too low to the ground for me. I would stay again :)"

"I love the fact that it felt like a studio apartment without a stove but it worked for me. Close to everything as I was able to go shopping and sight see without having to spend a lot of money on transportation. The Southgate Underground is literally around the corner and can take you straight to the airport. The staff was absolutely professional and the housekeeping went above and beyond. I stayed three weeks here and loved every bit of it. Will be going back again in July. "

"Fantastic location so easy to get the tube into central London. We stayed in a quadruple room which was essentially 3 beds pushed together to make a huge one! Suited our family as we have 3 young children. Staff were very friendly and room was clean. Car parking was £10 a day so ideal to drive to this hotel then explore London. Would stay again. "
