"The property itself was nice, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection of options. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the tables, coffee machine, and even the glasses, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay. While the hotel has some positive aspects, housekeeping standards need improvement."

"The hotel truly exceeded all expectations! It was super clean and the entire property was updated and felt new. We stayed in one of the suites and it truly blew us away. It was very large and comfortable. Gorgeous bathroom as well. I am still Impressed with how much we enjoyed this room! Would absolutely recommend to anyone that needs to stay in the Riverhead area."

"The home was charming. Lots of pretty antiques. Our room was very clean and maintained daily. A daily delicious breakfast was offered and served by the owner, Carole, who provided local information and recommendations on sightseeing. Quiet, pleasant area, handy to lots of restaurants and activities. We would recommend to friends and family."

"The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. "
