"Room was dirty. Room type we booked wasn’t available - so we got “upgraded” the. Asked to be moved again as the room wasn’t an upgrade at all. The new room had dirty floors and the counters who knows when last wiped down. Worst experience at the flamingo and I’ve been a couple times. Not sure I’ll be back ever. Was my friends 40th bday and the experience for her was horrible. "

"Good room and temp control. Comfortable beds. Problem with housekeeping. At entry, all drains plugged. Reported and repaired. No soap in shower dispensers. Almost missed a meeting because clock was an hour late. Yes I know, i have a cell but housekeeping should reset clocks to correct time as a convenience to guests."

"There was a terrible musty smell in our room 26101. Parking area - uncomfortable, everything. And fhey charged me extra $20 for NOTHING without providing any explanation"

"You pay for parking separately, if you want decent WiFi you pay for it. There was no labels to direct which rooms were to the left and right of the elevators. Two beds labeled “newly renovated” were smaller than pictured especially the bathroom, there’s just enough room to open the door to not hit the toilet or shower so it’s a squeeze stepping in and closing the door. Water took a few minutes to heat up, then would float between temperatures, lastly water pressure was lackluster. Besides the above, there was plenty of parking in the self parking garage, check in took about 15 (miracle in Vegas), paying for parking was straightforward and easy, there were a handful of different restaurants in the casino, and if we had neighbors we didn’t hear them. "
