This was just about the nicest place I've ever stayed! Not only were the cabins well kept and gorgeous, but so were the grounds. The owners were very friendly, kind and accommodating. Anything we needed, they had. I highly recommend this place!!!

Great location, lovely large room

Fabulous views of the Ocean and Haystack rock from our room. All staff very polite and helpful. Great amenities at the hotel and some fun surprises. Lots of attention to detail to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel restaurant is really good too. Well priced with superbly attentive staff.

Clean. comfortable room Staff were friendly. My only criticism is that the walls between rooms are paper-thin. I had very noisy neighbours one night who were unable to close their door without slamming it. There's plenty in the neighbourhood around the hotel, a large shopping mall and several restaurants.

A gem of a property. The room was large and comfortable with nice amenities. Free entry into the gardens for residents and it was nice that so long as you are in before they close, you can exit back to the resort on your own time. Check in staff were friendly, but when checking out, I wasn’t acknowledged and felt like i had disturbed the receptionist when I asked what to do with the key. Also forgot breakfast was included so sadly missed out on that. The fireside bar was lovely and casual and...

We were warmly welcomed. Our room was so fresh and clean and obviously maintained with pride. We had access to a tidy private cove direct from the property which was an added bonus. Very quiet at night. Good inroom coffee and at breakfast. Thoughtfully provided binoculars to try to view the whales.

We absolutely loved this hotel, from the exceptionally warm welcome at check in, super helpful tips on where to visit and where to eat, to the beautiful room. A really lovely experience. Some thoughtful touches too, like the early evening wine tasting. Special mention to the wonderful team at reception, especially the lovely lady who printed off her helpful guide for us and was just totally delightful for our entire stay.

We loved the hotel, very quirky and cool! We got an upgrade too and the room was enormous. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Portland.

This was a great hotel with friendly staff and fantastic valet parking staff. Very nice room with great contemporary features. Frosted glass walled bathroom gave a spacious feel, glass sliding door another good space saving feature. Much better than those white chipped wooden doors one typically finds for the bathrooms. I've seen negative comments about a crack between the door which you can see through, I tried and it's only really possible if you shove your head in the corner of the wall up...

Absolutely stunning luxury hotel. Staff very welcoming and made my stay feel so special. All staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I plan to go back to this hotel in the very near future.
