Although hotel lobby looked a little grubby on arrival, the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfy. Breakfast included and have to say was really good, plentiful and tasty (I just wish they’d avoid using paper plates and plastic cutlery as it’s neither economical or ecological - and feels really cheap). Free car parking and coffee and only short drive to city, the state capitol and shops/eateries.

A gem of a property. The room was large and comfortable with nice amenities. Free entry into the gardens for residents and it was nice that so long as you are in before they close, you can exit back to the resort on your own time. Check in staff were friendly, but when checking out, I wasn’t acknowledged and felt like i had disturbed the receptionist when I asked what to do with the key. From the minute we checked in to check out.. all staff was wonderful. Room was spacious and perfect for our needs. We had the 2 bedroom suite and we felt right at home. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety of choices. We stayed 3 weeks and never got tired of the offerings.Well done! Every member of staff went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Definately recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of an extended stay in the Salem...
