I had left my iPad behind on a previous stay the week before. The staff and manager were excellent. Not only did they find and hang on to the iPad securely, they also ensured that I did not leave the hotel without retrieving it by deactivating my room key so that I had to speak to reception. What amazing foresight and service! Thank you so so much! With such excellent service, I hope to definitely stay again on my next visit.

Lovely spacious room and comfy beds

Beautiful hotel with a great location. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

We have been traveling to Gervais Oregon about once every 6 weeks dealing with my brother and we've been in three or four different hotels and this by far is the best we've been in it's clean it's quiet everything worked and the beds were comfortable it was great we will definitely be going back even if it is a little further than we would like it to be to it's well worth it

We enjoyed our stay, excellent accommodation, very clean and easy parking.

Beth on reception was an absolute star, she gave a great introduction to the area with a map, helped with change for washing machine too and also helped with eating places. Don’t get a member of staff like that often, thanks Beth! Room was fine, would have been nice to have an outside sitting area and the indoor pool was taken over by teenagers.

They had oat porridge, boiled egg and decaff coffee which was great healthy options. The sink and bathroom mirror was in the main room which was very annoying. Much better if it had been in the bathroom. And a mirror and table had been in the main room

The owner seemed to have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Excellent all round.

We arrived just after Labor Day for a really comfortable one night stay. There was a lovely informative friendly welcome at reception and we have a comfortable clean room. Dinner advice was great and we had a good evening. We will be back next time we tour this area. Many thanks.

Breakfast was not a breakfast. Just a few things thrown out

Perfect for our family stopover in Salem en route to Portland OR
