"My big issue with this hotel is the AC. You land late at night from North America and your room is very hot & the only sleep Option is a thick duvet, Almost 80 degrees last night & it took a few hours for the room to cool down. It is also very expensive. Especially for an airport hotel. They compensated by offering a free breakfast. I had a latte and made it to my next flight. This has happened well over a dozen times."

Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy, and the bed was especially comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer questions and made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really added to the overall experience. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options. While it may not have been extraordinary, it was fresh and convenient, especially for travelers who want a quick start to their day. One thing I appreciated was the airport shuttle service. It was reliable and made transportation much easier, especially if you are traveling with luggage or arriving late"

"I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my stay at this Four Seasons hotel. I am used to staying in this group all over the world and this property is absolutely not in line with their usual standards. From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, with a clear lack of care and attention. Even worse, there were serious security issues. The door locking system was faulty and unreliable, something I personally showed several times to the cleaning staff and also to a manager, yet nothing was properly fixed. On top of that, I experienced a shocking aggression from a security guard who behaved aggressively towards me even though I was a resident guest. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. It is also obvious that not all clients are treated the same way in this hotel, which is extremely disappointing. They tried to compensate by offering a massage, and I must say the spa was the only professional part of this hotel, but this does not make up for everything else. The restaurant staff made me feel very unwelcome, to the point that I avoided eating there and relied on room service. Unfortunately, room service was also poor, with incomplete orders and meat not cooked as requested. This hotel feels like a cheap version of the Four Seasons brand. I do not recommend it to anyone."
