"We stayed here twice before and after our flight to Mauritius. The Staff is super nice and they are great with airport pickup and drop off. It is also very close to the airport. They have a free breakfast and offer a dinner buffet in the evening. it is a very nice property, all rooms are on ground floor with nice green space around, a nice pool area, beautiful garden and bar area. We would stay here again."

"Hotel and staff are 5 star but pools were not clean enough to use it, sauna was not usable (very low temperature) no changing room there and nowhere near 5 star level. Indoor pool also was dirty. That is a shame considering that the rest of the hotel is good and everybody very friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. Went back downstairs and complained to another worker who gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, but we were unable to do it. He came...

"It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay."
