"The experience at SUN 1 Berea for 3 days, was highly uncomfortable, discouraging and shocking. I had booked the three days stay for my brother and his family. "This portion of stay was booked because I needed a 3pm checkout. The host informed me that I needed to reserve another night. I did so however, upon waking to prepare for my trip home we discovered there was no water in the apartment. The host never responded or provided an explanation. I paid for a late check out and could not use the facilities. "
