"This is exactly as advertised, small, but very functional and clean rooms. I had a full pod with shower and toilet, and it was perfect. Not one item too much in the room and not one item too little. The staff was very kind and courteous, airport Transportation was convenient with a limo driven by a very pleasant lady. I had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency, but will be returning next week to complete what I had to do in New York. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody who wants convenience, safety, cleanliness, and everything that New York has to offer."

Staff was excellent, location of hotel was great, rooms are spacious and very comfortable! Only complaint I had was it was difficult to get a hold of anyone for room service. I think hours and process are a little inconvenient. I will be booking here again for a hey week again in 2026! "
