"Repair air conditioner as there not built in, so vented more hot air than cold air into room Contacted front desk about tv and then he was blaming us for touching it when it was on when we got room, wouldn’t stay again "

"Staff was nice, competent. The room was terrible. Definitely NOT worth the incredibly high rate! Phone never worked, despite maintenance attending to it. Tv didn't work (didn't connect with my phone), despite maintenance attention. Loud a/c, maintenance gave up on my room and I had to pack up and move to another room. LOUD environment! Airport Shuttle's schedule was lazy."

"The staff were so nice, kind and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only problem was that AC was on and made the room cold, had to call to have maintenance to come and switch it to heat. Not being able to shut off the fan was a downfall, but other than that this is a great stay. Would stay there again, hopefully without so much construction around which hindered UBER being able to pick up."

"All the staff members were very kind and helpful- the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean- excellent location next to the Canada Lone train made it super easy to get into town- The WiFi didn’t work very well- but other than that I would highly recommend it!"
