Very good clean hotel. Friendly staff and clearly had a recentish freshen up. Apart from the noisy aircon in the room(even when switched off) it was an excellent stay. Recommended and good value

Friendly staff and also organized a day room at short notice. Well located and modern hotel. A touch expensive but it's Seattle.

Excellent stay, very helpful reception, would definitely stay again, excellent breakfast

We loved staying here for 2 nights. Great location, walking distance of waterfront and Pike Place Market. Good transport connections: buses and trains. Nice cafe located next to the hotel. Cheap shuttle service when we were ready to depart for cruise was nice as we thought we had to arrange taxi.

This is a trendy hotel in a vibey neighbourhood with superb staff. We loved the coffee shop and Firn rooftop bar. Spotlessly clean room. We recommend a meal at 84 Yesler (7 min walk), a fantastic casual fine dining experience. Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with our room. The AC was broken so the room was too hot, and the sink was clogged. We only stayed one night and arrived pretty late, and were too tired to change room.

Food was really nice, room was clean and well presented, staff always helped when asked with a question

Great location, staff and hotel. Rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Great hotel

The staff were very kind and helpful

This is a quirky hotel which has had some very famous visitors. The standard room we had, at the front of the hotel, was not huge but clean and cosy. The bed was really comfortable too. Trains (huge freight trains) do run near to the hotel but we didn't find the noise a problem. We didn't have an evening meal at the hotel but several breakfasts which were delicious. There weren't many options for vegans but I was able to get soya and oat milk, although some staff were much more "on the...

Great hotel nice breakfast lovely big room very quiet very near space needle highly recommended

The staff were great, the lady who checked us in was really nice and friendly and the two sisters who checked us out were lovely , the room was clean. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the hotel. They did have a shuttle, but we chose to walk to the airport. If we need a place to stay at Seattle airport we would certainly chose this hotel again.

Excellent location for monorail (4min walk) & Space needle. Staff very attentive and hotel spotlessly clean
